Leadership is an evolving topic and becomes more important everyday as society evolves at a rapid pace. My stance on leadership is below.

Leadership is an innate quality that is present and develops from an early age. This innate quality manifests itself in different ways and to different degrees depending on education, environment, and life experiences. While leadership can be developed through training, education, and applied practice, there is a threshold for individuals who do not possess this innate quality at a young age. This group can still become good leaders, but their ceiling in terms of leadership ability is much lower.

A fundamental aspect of leadership is servant leadership. It’s a basic quality that every leader should inherently possess. Lacking this quality can tremendously hinder a leader’s effectiveness. Additionally, adaptability is not just a buzzword but a basic characteristic of effective leadership. Leaders must be adaptable, responding to the fast-paced changes of the world, technological advancements, and the evolving perspectives of each new generation. The younger generations, with almost immediate access to various tools and resources, are shaping their minds differently, and leaders must be flexible to lead effectively in this dynamic environment.

As life progresses, the degree to which an individual embraces these leadership qualities vividly shows as the individual ages. Leadership is not related to a job title, socioeconomic status, or materialistic possessions. It is something occurring internally, externally demonstrated through strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, empathy, and a sense of vision and purpose.

As a Professor I believe that it is very important to establish clear goals and standards in the classroom.

My approach to teaching revolves around fostering an inclusive environment where each student feels empowered to reach his or her potential. I am dedicated to establishing a classroom atmosphere that encourages learning and active participation from students.

To cater to learning preferences, I employ a range of teaching strategies that break down ideas into manageable concepts and incorporate real-world applications. Drawing upon my travels across states and cities as well as my time studying in Europe, I bring a diverse background into connecting with students from different walks of life.

I strive to foster a space within the classroom where students feel comfortable expressing their thoughts, asking questions, and engaging in discussions. Emphasizing the value of perspectives, I encourage students to learn from one another, fostering an understanding of the business world.

Keeping up with practices and industry advancements holds great importance for me. By integrating events and emerging trends into the curriculum I equip students with the knowledge needed to confidently navigate the evolving business landscape.

As an educator, my goal is to inspire students to develop enthusiasm for learning, think critically, and lead ethically in their business endeavors. My main goal is to ensure that students have a foundation of knowledge and a genuine desire to keep learning. By doing so, they can make contributions to their communities and achieve success in their professional lives.
